Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, email support@tincatin.com. Returns without approval won’t be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Check your order on arrival. If damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can fix it.
Non-Returnable Items
No returns on perishable goods, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
Return the original item first, then place a new order.
EU Customers
For EU orders, you can return or cancel within 14 days, no reason needed.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval. Contact us if it takes longer than 15 business days.
